Steve Munatones features me on his web site at www.10kswimmer.com

Steve Munatones is the creator of www.10kswim.com, www.swimperformance.com and www.virtual-swim.com. His pedigree as a swimmer and his dedication to swimming is unquestionable as can be seen from his swimming c/v:-

USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Team coach at the 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 World Swimming Championships, 2004 World Open Water Swimming Championships and the 2006 and 2007 USA Swimming National Open Water Camps. Presenter at the 2006 American Swimming Coaches Association World Clinic, Long-Distance Swimming columnist and reporter for Swimming World Magazine from 1986-1993 and 2008. 2003 inductee to and Board of Directors member of the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame. Former Waikiki Roughwater Swim race director and professional marathon swimmer. 1982 World Long Distance Swimming Champion (25K), winner of 2 USA Swimming national open water swimming championships and completed 5 unprecedented marathon swims (between 28-58K) in Asia. Open water swimming materials are being used by NBC, NBC Olympics, the Beijing Olympic Committee and USA Swimming. NBC Olympics commentator for the Olympic 10K Marathon Swim in Beijing.

I was therefore astonished and honoured to be contacted by him this week to ask me if he could feature me on his blog site at www.10kswimmer.com which refers people back here to my blog site. The photos used are taken from the Serbia ("green") and Mexico (waving) FINA World Cup Grand Prix which I competed in this year. I thoroughly recommend his site if you are an Open Water Swimmer, it is packed full of useful information.
